The Japanese Imperial Navy has only six of these flagship, nuclear aircraft carriers currently
in commission. These ships are powered by three reactors and can carry up to 180 planes
launching from four flight decks spread across the double hull structure. It can recover planes
only from the top flight decks and is propelled by an advanced MHD (Magneto-Hydrodynamic
Drive) propulsion system.

The United States Navy has only two of these conventional, nuclear aircraft carriers still in service
and use them to patrol the Atlantic seaboard. These ships are powered by twin reactors and
can carry up to 60 planes.

The CAS navy commissioned large numbers of these costal patrol/defense craft from Ares.
The Stuart-class corvettes are also used to provide supporting fire for surface action
groups. The modular nature of the Stuarts missile batteries allow them to be customized
to their fleet role, with MADCAPS for antisubmarine warfare and Block II Outlaw missiles
for ship-to-ship combat.

Shiawase was the first to take advantage of the establishment of corporate extraterritoriality
with their Aohana corporate warships. The vessel is designed as a corporate escort, accompanying
Shiawase convoys across dangerous waters. It has since become a popular vessel with various
military powers around the globe purchasing this class.

Ares transports massive amounts of cargo around the world and required a frigate capable
of protecting its commercial assets. After an internal study demonstrated that the two
greatest threats to convoys were from submarines & T-birds, the Liberator-Class hydrofoil
Frigates were commissioned. Liberators high speed enable them to chase after submarines
& T-birds alike with ease, and when supported on their hydrofoils are much harder targets
for submarine torpedoes. The mostly missile battery of the Liberators are guided to targets
by a sophisticated sensor array.

This small container-ship utilizes wind & solar power to assist its hybrid diesel-electric
power train. The ship has sensor & sonar capabilities for navigating iceberg-laden waters.
Wuxing owns a fleet of these vessels for its ever-expanding transport business. While slow
and ungainly, the Jorgensens are very economical to run. With a good wind, they run without
fuel, even generating a little extra electricity via solar panels on the sails and
wave-generators below the hull.
