Ares Defender Drone
A stationary Sentry Gun system, the Defender is a step up from the Ares Arms Sentry Gun. Massive and no longer portable, the Defenders can be setup by a building crew in about a day to defend fixed positions. Each defender stands about 6 meters tall and can fire over most walls. Their turrets have 360 degree rapid rotation as well as two 180 degree vertical traverse and 30 degree depression heavy weapons mounts.
Standard armament for these drones are a pair of Ares Vindicator Miniguns. Their sensor suite includes milimeter radar & infrared and they are driven by advanced pilot systems equipped with Sharpshooter autosofts giving them the capability to even shoot down cruise missiles. An impressive 10 CF is alloted each weapon for ammunition, which makes it unlikely that an opponent would see one of these towers run out of ammunition.

Ares Sentry Gun System
The original Sentry Gun System by Ares spawned the entire classification of Sentry Guns. Multiple updates have been launched of this venerable and widespread stationary drone. Small enough to be man-portable in two loads, the Sentry Gun is a force multiplier that can be set up to guard perimeters, laid as part of an ambush, or deployed to cover a retreating force.

UA-400C Portable Sentry Gun System
Saeder-Krupp has a sentry gun system in miniature with the UA-400C. Designed to be used for light forces, who need to carry around as much firepower without slowing them down, it is easily transported by a single trooper, weighs only 2 lbs and can be set up within minutes.
The system is built around a caseless Assault Rifle that fires the common 5.56 x 45mm round. It is fed from a 100-round drum mounted on the rear of the right side of the system. It has a longer barrel for added punch, and mounts a full barrel suppressor for making sure that it doesn't make too much noise when engaging targets. It has a built-in Smartlink II, combined with a rangefinder to be the most accurate in the market today. A specialized arm mount provides compensation for the recoil generated.
