The daughter of the freelance weapons designer known only as Finger, Jessica has been kept hidden since she was two in order to keep her connection to her father secret. Unfortunately, time and money allowed a corporation like Ares to track down her connection to her father, and they had her kidnapped to obtain leverage against Fingers to finish a weapons project he disagreed with.

Jessica worked at a half-way house run by the Church of the Undying Light, doing odd-ends and repairs for Sister Miriam and helping her take care of the younger children living there when she was kidnapped by the Eliminators. A team of runners hired by Finger extracted her and reunited her with her father, and the two were last seen sailing off into the darkness of Puget Sound aboard the fixer Joeli's yacht.
