Kerry Taylor is a freelance journalist who works for Sceptre Productions noted for embarrassing corps and runners alike with stories of their human-rights violations. A dark-haired woman in her early thirties, Kerry is the daughter of Harriet Taylor. Her "significant other" was killed by the Association Para-Nobilis after checking out a story that APN members might be murdering Elves.

Kerry is heavily prejudiced against both the corps and runners, seeing what they do as not only outside the law, but an ongoing threat and danger to the public.
