Harriet runs the Archive Office of the public works, a subbasement which was once an undergound nuclear shelter. She's run the office for the past 47 years and while a bit deaf, is a pleasant woman who immediately mothers any nice young people she who come to visit her in the Archive Office. Harriet is just under a meter and a half tall, weighs 36 kilos, and looks as if a ceiling fan might blow her away. About 35 years ago, the city tried to computerize all the information here, but soon after they finished the virus hit and trashed all the records. The Shiawase Corporation took over, tried to fire Harriet, but soon learned that the department could not function without her.
