Burpie's a relatively new Halloweener, but quickly proving his stripes following in his older brother Eddie's footsteps. After a hiding out at Eddie's Coffee shop and a bit of a brawl there with Shadowrunners, he negotiated a deal that got the Halloweeners crates of submachineguns with a runner named Vox.

Publically, he plays up how he's got Vox in his back pocket, eh omae? But privately, he's still scared drek-less by those big gleaming talons, and that girl with the sword.
